OFFICIAL RULES:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  

1. SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by, located at.  

2. ELIGIBILITY: The "Sweepstakes" is open only to legal residents of who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.  Only one winner per household.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at the start of the Pop Up Market Event and ends at the end of the Pop Up Market Event (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

5. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by booth at the event by completing the official entry form. Limit: during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person/household will be disqualified.  

6. PRIZE(S): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

7. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about Thursday following the entry. The potential winner will be notified by email and text (if cell phone # was provided) within 1 day following the drawing.  

9. WINNER VERIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification within 15 days of the date of notification. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents") within 30 days of the date of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and/or return the Prize Claim Documents within the required period, or is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.  

10. TAX IMPLICATIONS: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. Prizes valued at $600 or more may require the Sponsor to issue a Form 1099-MISC to the IRS and send a copy to the winner.  You will be responsible for paying the taxes and fees at redemption, so this may eliminate any additional tax burden on you.

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  

13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, [Apartment Complex Name], and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

14. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

Florida law may mandate specific winner disclosure requirements, especially for prizes exceeding certain thresholds.
