To provide a highly personalized and seamless travel planning experience, my agency charges a non-refundable trip design and planning fee starting at $50 (excluding air-only bookings).

This fee covers my proven planning process, concierge-level service, and full support from our initial consultation through your return home. I handle all the details—research, recommendations, bookings, and any issues that may arise before, during, or after your trip—so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.

In select cases, such as special promotions or loyalty rewards, this fee may be waived. Please note that planning fees are non-refundable and do not apply toward the cost of your trip unless otherwise stated. All credit card transactions are subject to applicable processing fees.

Once your trip is confirmed with a deposit, a portion of your planning fee may be credited toward your final payment, where applicable.
